On December 10, the Korea University Sejong Campus Institute for General Education held the awards ceremony for the 2024 second semester CB Program Competition at the NongShim Hall.
The competition emphasized the purpose and symbolism of each program by showcasing various events that connected creative problem-solving initiatives with the local community. Among the featured events were the 2nd ‘Learning for Life’ Competition held as part of the Creative Problem-Solving Program, the 3rd ‘The Chorus’ Choir Competition under the Cultural Sensitivity Mentoring Program, and the 2nd Global Competence Competition organized through the Global Competence Mentoring Program. Each program emphasized its unique purpose and symbolic significance.
In the 2nd ‘Learning for Life’ Competition, five teams were recognized for their achievements. In the 3rd ‘The Chorus’ Choir Competition, two teams received awards, and two teams also achieved outstanding results in the 2nd Global Competence Competition.
Director Kim Yoonjung of the Institute stated, "Through this competition and the choir performance, students were not only able to achieve academic success but also improve their practical execution skills by setting and accomplishing goals during the learning process. We hope this opportunity has allowed students to reflect on their attitudes toward life, as well as foster the will to plan and act on their aspirations in a free and engaging environment through learning and mentoring."
