From October 27 to November 14, Korea University Sejong Campus University Job Plus Center, led by Director Byunghee Lee, will operate the “Interview PASS Program” for the second semester of 2025. The program aims to strengthen students’ practical interview skills and enhance their overall employability.
The program consists of real-time online interview lectures and one-on-one personalized interview consulting, providing systematic support across the entire interview preparation process—from understanding evaluation criteria by recruitment type to conducting mock interviews in realistic settings.
The online interview lecture series comprises six sessions covering:
Interview trends by company for 2025
Winning strategies by interview type
Analysis of successful public-sector interview cases
Analysis of successful private-sector interview cases
Mastering a one-minute self-introduction and five essential interview questions
Comprehensive response strategies by interviewer question type
In addition, the interview consulting component includes experience scanning and interview script consulting, as well as one-on-one mock interviews focused on job competencies with detailed feedback. This structure enables participating students to prepare concrete, experience-based responses and identify areas for improvement through multi-faceted evaluations conducted by professional interviewers.
The University Job Plus Center stated, “Through real time online lectures, students will be able to establish effective interview strategies and learn how to respond to different interview formats, while personalized consulting will further strengthen their practical interview performance. We will continue to develop and operate high-quality online and offline programs that meaningfully contribute to enhancing students’ career readiness.”
