51 Korean and International Students Participate to Explore Global Recruitment Opportunities and Strengthen Overseas Employment Competencies

 

On June 1 the University Job Center of Korea University Sejong Campus organized a group participation program at the 2026 GLOBAL TALENT FAIR, held at COEX in Seoul.

 

The program was designed to enhance the global career planning capabilities of both Korean and international students while supporting their exploration of overseas employment opportunities and career prospects at foreign-invested companies.

 

The event featured a wide range of employment support programs, including recruitment booths for global and foreign-invested companies, one-on-one recruitment consultations and interviews, employment seminars, corporate recruitment presentations, mentoring sessions, résumé reviews, and mock interviews.

 

A total of 51 participants, including Korean students and international students from various countries, joined the University Job Center’s group program. Participants explored domestic and international employment opportunities while gaining a broader understanding of the global recruitment market. They also attended the JOB Concert, corporate recruitment presentations, employment seminars, and mentoring sessions to learn effective strategies for overseas employment and stay informed about the latest recruitment trends.

 

In addition, participants took part in individualized career support programs, including résumé reviews, mock interviews, and image consulting, providing them with practical opportunities to assess and strengthen their job readiness.

 

A representative of the University Job Center stated, “This program provided both Korean and international students with an opportunity to gain firsthand insights into global recruitment trends and to refine their job search strategies through on-site consultations and career counseling. We will continue to expand our global career development and employment support programs to meet the diverse career needs of our students.”
